All orders placed on our website are eligible for return and exchange services under the policy below. Our commitment is to provide a consistent and high-quality shopping experience for every customer.
Orders can be canceled before product processing for a full refund.
Once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel it.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service Team at support@bonslife.com with:
Step 2: Place the item(s) back in the original packaging.
Step 3: Stick the return label we provide on the outer box of the product.
Step 4: Hand the package to the courier. After the courier inspects the package, close and secure it for shipment.
Once we receive your package, processing takes 7–14 business days (longer during peak periods).
If the return does not meet our conditions, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
When approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 additional days for your bank or card provider to finalize the refund.
